Dresses hired for an event during the week will be delivered a day before the event and picked up a day after the event (3 days available). No deliveries will be made during the weekend. Order details: Ensure to place and pay for your order atleast 5 days prior to the event date to avoid disappointments. You will need to agree to our terms and conditions at check out. Rental Agreement General This agreement is between Mamatoto and the customer. Maternity dress hire terms and conditions: All garments are to be paid for in full prior delivery. A refundable deposit of R650  shall be paid upon order, the deposit shall be refunded to customers upon the return of the garment subject to the garment not being damaged. The deposit shall be used to repair any damaged dress. All dresses should not be washed by customers, we dry clean our dresses, the cost is included in the final cost price. No refunds on dress orders shall be processed 5 days prior the event. Refunds shall be processed at 80% of the initial cost of the rental fee for administration fees. No rental extensions shall be allowed, the dress will be picked upon the agreed upon pick up date at any time of the day. Failure to comply will result in a penalty fee of R150 per day. Damaged garments: Hired garments are to be returned in an undamaged condition. In an event that the garment is damaged or lost, a sale shall be deemed to have taken place the deposit shall be used as part payment for sale. The customer will be invoiced the remainder of the purchase price of the garment. The deposit shall be deposited to the customer 5 days after returning the dress. This will allow the assessment of the dress. In the event of a repairable damage, the deposit shall be returned to the customer after the garment has been repaired, the length of the duration of the repair cannot be confirmed by MamaToto upfront. MamaToto Liability: In the event of a garment damage or loss prior to delivery to the customer. The customer will be provided with an opportunity to select another dress for the rental fee paid or refunded. All refunds due to any enforceable event shall be limited to the rental fee paid by the customer.
