In an event that the garment is damaged or lost, a sale shall be deemed to have taken place the deposit shall be used as part payment for sale. The customer will be invoiced the remainder of the purchase price of the garment. The deposit shall be deposited to the customer 5 days after returning the dress. This will allow the assessment of the dress. In the event of a repairable damage, the deposit shall be returned to the customer after the garment has been repaired, the length of the duration of the repair cannot be confirmed by MamaToto upfront. MamaToto Liability: In the event of a garment damage or loss prior to delivery to the customer. The customer will be provided with an opportunity to select another dress for the rental fee paid or refunded. All refunds due to any enforceable event shall be limited to the rental fee paid by the customer.
